Southwest Allied Trades or S.W.A.T. (formerly Texas Allied Trades) is chapter division of the ATBI - Allied Trades of the Baking Industry. ATBI is an organization which exists to serve the grain-based food industry through cooperation between a large cross-section of supplier to the wholesale manufacturers that each day provide our country with bread, rolls, cereals, cakes, cookies, crackers, tortillas, and any number of other items that incorporate grains as their base.
Each year we host an annual S.W.A.T. event to promote industry togetherness and raise money for scholarship efforts to support the Food Industry.
NextGen Baker
This year we are excited to partner with ABA's NextGen Baker to promote fellowship for a fun event at the kickoff of IBIE.
Similar to SWAT, ABA's NextGenBaker is dedicated to developing the industry's rising leaders. 300+ baking and supplier company executives connect and learn, growing together in the program's core goals of professional development, public policy engagement, relationship building, and industry trends education.

Registration Costs:
Main Sponsor w/ Bay = $2000 (includes complete bay)
Complete Bay (8 Golfers) = $1200 group of eight
Individual Golfer Fee = $150 pp
Drink Sponsor = $500
Food Sponsor = $500

Clubs are provided.
Price Includes: Includes appetizers and beverages (including alcohol).

A portion of the proceeds go to benefit a new charitable cause supporting the food industry. Previous donations have been in conjunction with the Baird Scholarship Fund and awarded through AIB.
